Responsibilities:
1. Define Roadmap of FinFET process on Logic (General/ULP/ULL/HPC) platform; update the new device specifications; formulate and execute development plans
2. Strategize market expansion strategies of corresponding platforms, cooperate with salespeople to expand client base and achieve performance goals
Qualifications:
1. Confident and ambitious, works well under pressure
2. Good technical and business acumen
3. Strong communication skills
4. Foundry RD, PIE, PE, CE work experience, or foundry interface work experience in a chip design company (those who are interested in the MKT are preferred)
5. Foundry MKT/BD related work experience is preferred
6. Familiarity with FinFET Device and process is preferred
