1. Through troubleshooting, maintenance ...etc., ensure the normal operation of the equipment to meet production needs
2. Maintain the stability of the equipment, reduce process defects, and increase the yield
3. Assist process engineers to investigate and solve related problems
4. Select, install, and hand over the process equipments on time to meet capacity needs
5. Continuously improve production efficiency by improving equipment performance
6. Write down your own accumulated experience and methods to deal with abnormalities ,and teach other relevant personnel
7. Compile various equipment-related operating instructions, formulate training plans, complete the training of personnel in the manufacturing department, and improve the performance of manufacturing team
8. In accordance with the requirements of the quality/information security management system, comply with relevant management regulations, keep the company’s corporate secrets, and be responsible for the quality/information security of this position

1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Microelectronics and electronics related majors
3.More than 10 years of relevant work experience in fab factory
